Role Overview
We are looking for a talented UX Visual Designer with strong expertise in visual design and design systems to create engaging, consistent, and scalable digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and interaction patterns while ensuring usability and accessibility.
This role focuses 70% on Visual Design and 30% on UX, requiring someone who can translate UX concepts into polished, high-fidelity interfaces aligned with a robust design system.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design (70%)
Create visually compelling high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI libraries, and component frameworks.
Define visual language, typography, color palettes, spacing, iconography, and layout guidelines.
Ensure design consistency and scalability across products using a centralized design system.
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
Produce interactive prototypes and polished UI assets using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Maintain brand consistency across digital experiences.
UX Design (30%)
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate user flows and wireframes into engaging UI designs.
Support user research insights and convert them into design improvements.
Create wireframes, interaction patterns, and micro-interactions to enhance usability.
Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices.
Required Skills
35 years of experience in UX/UI or Visual Design roles.
Strong expertise in Design Systems and Component Libraries.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of:
Typography
Color theory
Layout and grid systems
Visual hierarchy
Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
Ability to collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers.
Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect design skills.
Good to Have
Experience working in Agile product teams.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for design feasibility.
Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
