Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to take ownership of design quality across branding, logo design, packaging, and social media creatives at Dash Creators. This role goes beyond individual projects. You will be responsible for raising the design standard across the board, reviewing work before it goes out, and handling the more complex and high stakes projects yourself. You will work closely with the founder on final direction while owning the day to day design output.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding and Identity Design:

• Lead logo design, brand identity, and visual language projects from concept to final delivery
• Design brand guidelines, collaterals, stationery, and presentation templates
• Ensure every branding project reflects strong design fundamentals and client requirements

Packaging Design:

• Design product packaging including labels, cartons, pouches, and boxes
• Prepare print ready artwork and adapt designs across variants
• Create dieline based and mockup ready packaging design

Social Media and Content Design:

• Oversee and contribute to social media creatives including posts, carousels, and stories
• Review design work from the broader creative team before it goes out
• Maintain visual consistency across all client accounts

Quality and Team Support:

• Review design work across the team and flag quality issues before final approval
• Support and guide other designers on execution and design thinking
• Bring structure and consistency to how design projects are handled at Dash

Requirements:

Must have:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in branding, packaging, and visual design
• Strong portfolio showing logo design, brand identity, and packaging work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Ability to review and improve design work done by others, not just their own
• Based in or able to commute to Noida

Good to have:

• Experience working across both branding and social media design
• Prior experience in an agency handling multiple client accounts
• Basic understanding of print production and packaging specifications
