Senior Visual Designer

Location: [Pune] | Full-Time

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead design across marketing collaterals and sales enablement for an enterprise fintech audience. You'll work alongside with our CDO and cross-functional teams to bring fresh perspectives to digital experiences, brand identities, and marketing campaigns.

·        Design high-impact marketing collaterals: brochures, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, website and landing page graphics, social media creatives, email graphics, and event materials.

·        Drive sales enablement design including enterprise sales decks, customized pitch materials, and proposal templates.

·        Develop print assets for conferences and events, including booth graphics, posters, standees, and business cards.

·        Translate complex AI and financial concepts into clear visual narratives, infographics, and process diagrams.

·        Maintain and evolve Autopilot's brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints.

·        Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.

·        A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.

·        5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design (projects or freelance work acceptable).

·        Strong portfolio across marketing collaterals, sales enablement materials, digital, and print design.

·        Expert in Figma, Adobe Suite, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

·        Strong typography, layout, and data visualization skills.

·        Ability to simplify complex technical concepts visually.

·        Enterprise mindset. High design standards. Strong storytelling ability.
