Senior Visual Designer

Location: [Pune] | Full-Time

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead design across marketing collaterals and sales enablement for an enterprise fintech audience. You'll work alongside with our CDO and cross-functional teams to bring fresh perspectives to digital experiences, brand identities, and marketing campaigns.

Design high-impact marketing collaterals: brochures, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, website and landing page graphics, social media creatives, email graphics, and event materials.

Drive sales enablement design including enterprise sales decks, customized pitch materials, and proposal templates.

Develop print assets for conferences and events, including booth graphics, posters, standees, and business cards.

Translate complex AI and financial concepts into clear visual narratives, infographics, and process diagrams.

Maintain and evolve Autopilot's brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.

5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design (projects or freelance work acceptable).

Strong portfolio across marketing collaterals, sales enablement materials, digital, and print design.

Expert in Figma, Adobe Suite, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Strong typography, layout, and data visualization skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts visually.

Enterprise mindset. High design standards. Strong storytelling ability.
