Tripate is a travel and visa services company helping people explore the world hassle-free. We are expanding our visa department and looking for a Senior Visa Manager who specializes in tourist visas and can ensure smooth, successful applications for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the visa team handling tourist visas for multiple countries.
- Review all applications and documents before submission to minimize rejections.
- Stay updated on tourist visa requirements of embassies, consulates, and VFS/BLS centers.
- Ensure high approval rates and low rejection ratios for clients.
- Train and mentor the team to handle complex tourist visa cases efficiently.
- Monitor timelines and ensure applications are processed and submitted on schedule.
- Maintain reports, records, and client updates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in handling tourist visas for Schengen, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and other major countries.
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and consulate/VFS procedures.
- Proven track record of high approval rates.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in English (Tamil/Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Ability to handle deadlines and client escalations professionally.
