Job Description

This is a hybrid-role and requires the candidate to be physically in Mumbai, and commute to be in-office for 3-days a week.

Minimum experience required: 5+ years in a similar role.

Cureskin is a dermatology brand offering personalized treatments for skin and hair-fall concerns through its mobile-app, and has already catered to over 17 lakh customers all over India. Cureskin leverages AI to analyze photos, and works with its in-house team of dermatologists to provide treatments delivered directly to customers homes. This includes its own branded products (Rx + Non-Rx), regular doctor supervision, root-cause guidance to effectively address concerns and ensure optimal outcomes.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Producer to lead our YouTube and social media video strategy. This role requires a blend of storytelling expertise, production skills, and platform knowledge to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility. You will own the end-to-end processfrom concept development to executionensuring high-quality, engaging, and platform-optimized video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Execution

Lead the full production lifecycle: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing. Specifically, own the entire video shoot process.

Oversee internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Maintain a strong visual and narrative identity for the brand across platforms.

Content Strategy & Ownership:

Define and execute the YouTube channel growth strategy aligned with brand goals.

Plan content calendars, series formats, and storytelling approaches to build consistent audience engagement.

Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize based on audience insights.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Brand teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.

Manage junior video editors, freelancers, and production partners.

Mentor and guide the creative team in video best practices.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in video production, content creation, or digital media with a proven record of scaling YouTube/social media channels.

Strong expertise in storytelling, scripting, shooting, and editing.

Good understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, analytics, and audience growth strategies.

Experience in producing content across formatseducational, branded, documentary-style, interviews, shorts, etc.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with the ability to transform complex ideas into engaging visual stories.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with consumer brands or in the D2C / lifestyle / beauty / wellness space.

Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.

On-camera experience or ability to direct on-screen talent.
