Black Voice Media is hiring a creative, fast-paced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to develop impactful content across politics, news, media, and entertainment. The role requires strong visual storytelling skills, understanding of public narratives, and the ability to deliver high-quality digital content for YouTube, social media, and campaign projects.
Note: Candidates must be fluent in Tamil and based in Coimbatore or nearby areas.
Role Overview
You will work on political and news-driven storytelling, entertainment formats, and digital media campaigns converting scripts, footage, and ideas into engaging visual stories designed for modern audiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit political content, news-style segments, interviews, discussions, and entertainment videos
- Produce reels, shorts, promos, teasers, and long-form content
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, subtitles, and overlays
- Work with scripts, voice-overs, and B-roll to create compelling narratives
- Manage pacing, storytelling, color correction, and audio cleanup
- Adapt content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Graphic Design
- Create posters, thumbnails, social media creatives, and campaign visuals
- Design political awareness graphics, announcements, and news templates
- Develop entertainment-style posters, promo creatives, and event designs
- Maintain consistent branding for recurring shows or series
- Prepare assets for video production such as titles, frames, icons, and transitions
Skills Required
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics preferred)
- Understanding of political narratives, media language, and news presentation styles
- Ability to create high-impact thumbnails and social media designs
- Awareness of social media trends and digital content formats
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, color, and storytelling
- Ability to work under fast timelines and high-volume content cycles
- Good communication and teamwork
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Tamil voice-over or clear voice delivery
- On-field shooting experience
- Basic YouTube SEO knowledge
- Experience in entertainment promo editing
- Template creation for news or political formats
