About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can blend storytelling, motion design, and AI workflows to create high-impact content across formats, from narrative episodes to branded films and trailers.

This is not just an editing role. You'll be shaping how stories are told in an AI-first production environment.

What You'll Do

Narrative Architecture

Lead the assembly of episodes, trailers, shorts, and motion graphics, ensuring strong pacing, emotional depth, and character-driven storytelling.

AI Pipeline Integration

Work within proprietary AI workflows handling variable frame rates, upscaled assets, and generative layers.

Technical Problem Solving

Fix AI inconsistencies and hallucinations using advanced editorial techniques like masking, compositing, and frame blending.

Sound & Soul

Own sound design and music integration to elevate the emotional impact of every piece of content.

Workflow Optimization

Collaborate closely with the tech team to improve internal AI tools and shape future editing workflows.

Mentorship

Guide junior editors and creators, building strong fundamentals in design, motion, and storytelling.

Who You Are

Experienced Editor

4–5 years of experience in narrative editing, trailers, motion graphics, or branded storytelling.

Software Expert

Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

Design & Motion Focused

You have a sharp eye for composition, typography, pacing, and visual rhythm, with solid fundamentals in motion and design principles.

AI-Forward Mindset

Experience with or strong interest in tools like NanoBanana, Veo, Kling, ComfyUI, or ElevenLabs. You see AI as an advantage.

Technical Understanding

Comfortable working with codecs, color spaces (ACES/Rec.709), and AI-generated footage.

Adaptable Innovator

You move fast, adapt quickly, and are excited to build new systems rather than follow old ones.
