Experience: 1–3 years (agency or freelance)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We're looking for a sharp video editor who can take raw footage and scripted briefs and turn them into scroll-stopping content. You'll work across 10+ active client brands—automotive PPF, education, fashion, and wellness—producing reels, brand films, ad videos, and event coverage consistently and on deadline.

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, brand films, and Meta ad videos
• Work from pre-written scripts and storyboards — no guesswork
• Handle colour grading, sound design, transitions, and subtitle placement
• Produce Hinglish content with hook-first structure and tight pacing
• Generate AI videos using tools like Runway, Kling, or Pika for brand and ad content
• Direct and edit AI presenter videos using HeyGen and D-ID
• Combine AI-generated footage with real shoot material for hybrid brand films
• Deliver files in Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ad-ready formats
• Manage multiple client timelines and flag delivery risks early

Must Have / Strong Preference

• Runway, Kling, or Pika for AI video generation — hands-on experience required
• HeyGen / D-ID for AI presenter and talking-head videos
• CapCut AI for fast short-form turnaround
• Knowledge of Meta ad video specs

• Adobe Premiere Pro — mandatory
• After Effects — preferred
• Strong understanding of short-form content pacing and retention editing
• Experience with Hinglish or regional-language content
• Eye for brand consistency across a series
• Portfolio with at least 5 reels or brand/ad videos

• DaVinci Resolve for colour grading
• Motion graphics / lower-third animation
• Knowledge of Meta ad video specs
• Experience with HeyGen, Runway, or CapCut AI
