Job Description
Wellness Extract is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Video Producer with strong experience working with established brands and large organizations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end video production, including video shooting and post-production, in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role requires a high level of ownership, creative judgment, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality output under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, performance ads, training modules, and brand content
- Plan and execute video shoots, including camera handling, framing, lighting, and basic audio setup
- Create content across formats: short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form videos
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and music
- Coordinate with marketing, training, and leadership teams
- Manage projects from concept/shoot to final delivery
- Ensure brand consistency and high production standards
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously within defined timelines
Required Experience & Skills
- 47+ years of professional experience in video editing
- Prior experience working with reputed brands, agencies, or large companies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Hands-on experience with video shooting, cameras, lighting, and framing
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual sensibility
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong ownership and accountability for output quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce, D2C, wellness, nutraceutical, or FMCG brands
- Experience creating performance-driven product videos
- Understanding of audience engagement and content optimization
