Role Overview
As a Senior Video Editor at Wedding Asia, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that captures the elegance and vibrancy of our wedding exhibitions, campaigns, and brand stories. You will lead the post-production process, ensuring that all video assets align with our brand vision and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished video content for promotional campaigns, social media, and event highlights.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize video ideas that reflect Wedding Asia's brand identity.
- Apply advanced editing techniques including color grading, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Manage video projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior editors or freelancers when required.
- Maintain and organize video assets, archives, and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in wedding/event videography and digital storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in events, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling ability with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience in editing wedding/event videos is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
