Role Description As a Senior Video Editor at ValueMatrix.AI, you will be responsible for planning, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that clearly explains and promotes our AI talent intelligence solutions. In this full-time, remote role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate complex concepts into engaging stories for multiple channels, including website, social media, webinars, and customer education. Your day-to-day work will include reviewing and organizing raw footage, editing videos, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, and optimizing sound and pacing for maximum impact. You will also help define video standards, build templates, maintain consistent branding, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Mentoring junior team members, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and proactively suggesting creative concepts and formats will be an important part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with a proven track record delivering polished, narrative-driven content for marketing, product, or brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across different formats and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, animations, and visual assets that enhance storytelling.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and sound design, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Experience managing end-to-end video workflows, including file organization, version control, rendering, and delivery for web and social platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while communicating clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience creating content for SaaS, technology, or B2B audiences is a plus; familiarity with AI or HR tech is beneficial.
