Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Lead the post-production process for bothshort-form and long-form videosfrom raw footage to final output.
Collaborate with the content, performance, and brand teams to bringcompelling visual narrativesto life.
Developperformance marketing videos,thumb-stopper content, andmotion graphic-heavy reelsoptimized for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Maintainvisual and tonal consistencyacross all video assets, aligned with brand guidelines.
Ownend-to-end video projectsfrom conceptualization, scripting assistance, editing, sound design, to final delivery.
Incorporatemodern editing trends, transitions, sound cues, typography, and visual effects that engage and convert.
Handlecloud-based editing workflowsand collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
Regularly research and adopttrending formatsand storytelling techniques relevant to D2C and e-commerce audiences.
Must-Have Skills:Proficiency inAdobe Premiere Pro,After Effects,DaVinci Resolve, andPhotoshop.
Hands-on experience withmotion graphics, text animation, andsound design.
Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye forpacing, transitions, andemotional flow.
Familiarity with cloud storage solutions (e.g., Drive, Frame.io, Dropbox) for collaborative editing workflows.
