Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Video Editor based in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content to meet the company's creative and professional standards. Daily tasks include video editing, video production, color grading, and collaborating with the creative team to develop motion graphics and other visual elements. The role will require the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a keen attention to detail in all aspects of video production.

We are looking for ahighly skilled Senior Video Editorwho can take raw footage and transform it into engaging, cinematic, and high-impact content. This is anon-site rolewhere you'll work closely with our team to produce content across multiple formatsincluding reels, ads, documentary-style videos, podcasts, and long-form storytelling.

No team management required. We want ahands-on creative expertwho loves editing and pushes creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and collaborating with production teams
• Expertise in Video Editing, including working with various editing software
• Experience with Video Color Grading to ensure polished and professional visuals
• Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics design to enhance video content
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Degree or certification in Film Production, Media, or a related field is an asset
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is highly desirable

• Motion graphics, animated elements, text animations, and dynamic transitions

Requirements

• Must understand English, Punjabi, and Hindi(content can be in any of these languages)
• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Expert-level skills in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects (for advanced motion graphics)
• Photoshop/Illustrator (bonus)
• Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, color grading, and storytelling
• Ability to take direction and also bring creative ideas to the table
• Extremely organized with file structuring and workflow
• Ability to work on-site full-time
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality

Nice-to-Have Skills(Not mandatory but a huge plus)

• Experience shooting video / handling cameras
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve color grading
• Knowledge of social media trends (reels, hooks, scroll-stoppers)
• Basic audio mixing skills
• Experience with creating branded templates or motion graphics packages
