Responsibilities

Social Media Ad Production: Transform UGC, brand, and sourced footage into high-impact social media ads for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Hook Creation: Develop captivating hooks to maximize engagement within the first few seconds.

Text-to-Speech Integration: Use tools like Eleven Labs to create natural-sounding voice-overs.

Clip Sourcing & Licensing: Source high-quality clips from platforms like Storyblocks and Pexels, and enjoy experimenting with clips to find the perfect fit.

Trend Adaptation: Stay current with social media trends and apply them to keep content engaging and relevant.

Platform Customization: Tailor each video to the specific requirements of each social platform.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in DTC/e-commerce video editing, with a portfolio showcasing high-engagement ads.

Video Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Text-to-Speech Creation: Experience with Eleven Labs or similar tools for TTS voiceovers.

Social Media Ad Expertise: Deep understanding of paid and organic video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Storytelling & Hooks: Strong ability to create compelling, attention-grabbing intros.
