We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can turn raw footage into compelling stories, elevate everyday moments into premium content, and raise the bar for video quality across the brand.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Video Editor to shape how Snabbit moves, sounds, and tells stories on screen. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong storytelling instincts - who understands pacing, emotion, and narrative, not just transitions and effects. You'll work closely with Brand, Social, Growth, and Design to create videos that feel thoughtful, modern, and high-quality across formats.
What You'll Do
- Tell strong stories through video: Shape narratives through pacing, structure, music, and rhythm - turning raw footage into engaging, watchable content.
- Edit across formats: Work on social videos, short-form content, performance creatives, brand films, and campaign assets - each with the right tone and intent.
- Make simple footage feel premium: Elevate everyday shots through smart edits, clean cuts, sound design, and subtle visual polish.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with designers, copywriters, marketers, and producers to bring ideas to life on screen.
- Maintain quality at speed: Balance craft with turnaround - delivering consistently high-quality edits in a fast-moving environment.
- Set the editing bar: Define what good looks like for Snabbit video and help improve overall output through feedback and best practices.
- Experiment and evolve: Stay curious about formats, trends, and editing styles that can improve engagement and storytelling.
What we're looking for
- 4 - 6 years of video editing experience, with a strong portfolio across social, short-form, and brand-led content.
- Clear storytelling instincts - you understand narrative flow, pacing, and emotional beats, not just technical execution.
- Comfort editing across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, in-app, paid media), adapting style and length thoughtfully.
- A strong sense of visual and audio polish - timing, sound design, music, and subtle effects that elevate the final cut.
- Ability to make simple footage feel premium through editing choices, not overproduction.
