• You bring 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a video editor.
• You think creatively and know how to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
• You naturally think in videos and understand production, pacing, and storytelling.
• You're proactive, eager to learn, and love collaborating to ship fast and well.

About the role:

As we look to ramp up our output over the next 3-6 months, you'll be a huge part of helping us level up and grow across all platforms. This will include:

• Deep dive editing long-form & short-form content for our YouTube and content for our Instagram pages (Rocket Health & Cancel Stigma).
• Repurposing content from videos for other social media platforms. This would require converting long clips and recordings into short-form clips and reels, which we can use across platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Contributing to both pre-production and post-production to enhance overall video quality.
• You'll get the chance to be part of our production ops and shoots, supporting how everything comes together end to end.
• Suggesting video ideas in line with the brand.

Skills and Qualifications:

• You have a strong command of Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effects (or equivalent editing tools)
• You're comfortable working with log footage and have a solid eye for colour grading
• You have working experience with motion graphics and can enhance videos with clean, purposeful animations
• You take initiative and actively suggest new creative directions or ideas
• You manage timelines well, consistently meeting deadlines and staying ahead of schedule
• Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory, either freelance or full-time
• Bonus: A strong portfolio or standout work that shows your taste, storytelling, and attention to detail
