Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies for clients social media platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client shoots (photo/video) as per campaign requirements, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
- Manage and supervise client shoots, including content ideation, shoot planning, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee daily management of multiple client social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
- Create engaging and brand-aligned content copies for posts, reels, stories, ads, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design, video, and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all social media content before publishing.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates to keep content relevant and high-performing.
- Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance, providing insights and improvement strategies.
- Manage content calendars and ensure alignment with marketing goals and campaign timelines.
Required Skills & Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in handling client shoots.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinking with strong execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, shoots, and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing tools (Canva / Adobe) is an advantage.
