Hiring: Senior Video Editor (Full-Time, On-site)

1 year or 8 years—it doesn't matter. What matters is whether you can take a project from raw footage to final delivery on your own, at a high standard. We will test this before hiring.

What you'll do

• Edit complete projects end to end: corporate films, B2B technical/product videos, B2C brand films, infographics, and ads
• Create social reels, short and long-form content, and talking-head videos
• Blend stock, shoot footage, and AI-generated assets into one clear narrative
• Own the edit from brief/script to final export, and estimate and meet your own timelines

Must-haves

• Has delivered complete projects independently, not only parts of them (e.g., only cuts, color, or subtitles)
• Fast, fluent command of Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Solid knowledge of design principles and visual design: composition, hierarchy, typography, color theory, contrast
• Skilled in color grading, masking, kinetic typography, motion graphics, and beat-synced music
• Quick at finding the right stock footage and music (Envato Elements, etc.), and comfortable with AI tools
• Clear spoken and written English
• A good listener who understands feedback the first time and applies it
• A strong communicator who shares progress updates, flags blockers early, and asks the right questions
• Well organized with folder structure, file naming, project files, and backups
• Growth-oriented mindset

3. Final confirmation and onboarding, if selected (includes a probation period)
