Senior Video Editor / Post-Production Lead

Job Title: AI Video Editor / Creative Storytelling Specialist

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite (5 Days a Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Video Editor (Premium Short-Format Fiction)

Purpose

Own the creative storytelling process from script-to-screen, supervise editors and artists, establish post-production standards, and ensure every film has strong narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact. Senior editors in modern production environments are expected to provide creative leadership, guide teams, influence pre-production decisions, and oversee end-to-end post workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead post-production for cinematic short films, trailers, ads, and AI-generated content.
Transform scripts, storyboards, and concepts into compelling visual narratives.
Mentor and review work of mid-level and junior editors.
Drive pacing, emotional arcs, sound design, and storytelling quality.
Collaborate with directors, writers, concept artists, and AI creators.
Oversee edit reviews, versioning, and final delivery.
Contribute during pre-production by reviewing scripts and shot plans.
Establish editing workflows, asset management, and quality standards.
