About the Role
You'll lead the post-production journey for a wide range of digital contentfrom social-first videos to long-form storytelling pieces. The role blends creative ownership, strong visual judgment, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging edits that resonate across platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead editing for shorts, reels, explainers, and long-form video content.
- Collaborate with producers, writers, and creative teams to refine narratives and visual flow.
- Design clean, impactful motion graphics and text animations.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines.
- Stay tuned into digital trends, editing formats, and platform best practices.
- Mentor junior editors and oversee quality across edits.
- Adapt edits for various aspect ratios (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9).
- Organize footage, maintain project files, and support archival systems.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in digital-first video editing.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related tools.
- A keen eye for visual storytelling and detail.
- Experience with social-impact content or documentary-style storytelling is a plus.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sound design and color correction.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with creative teams.
