Key Responsibilities
- Creative leadership: Collaborate with creative directors and producers to establish the visual narrative, style, tone, and pacing for high-priority video projects.
- Advanced editing: Independently execute the complex editing of long-form videos, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling content from inception to final delivery.
- Post-production management: Oversee and execute the entire post-production pipeline, including: Sound design, mixing, advanced color correction, grading, integration of motion graphics, visual effects and mastering and final output for various distribution channels.
- Quality control (QC): Ensure all finished videos adhere to the highest technical standards, brand guidelines, and specific platform delivery specifications (e.g., aspect ratios, file formats, loudness standards).
- Workflow optimization: Develop and implement efficient media management strategies, archival protocols, and version control procedures to streamline the workflow and safeguard project assets.
- Technical troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues related to codecs, frame rates, software performance (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects), and hardware configuration.
- Project timelines: manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate progress to stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met.
