Job Description
- Editing YouTube videos across multiple formats including deep dives, earnings explainers, weekly news briefs, and podcast video cuts for F2F Studios
- Turning raw TexPro data and Prime News stories into visually compelling short-form reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Building and maintaining platform-specific templates for earnings breakdowns, market reports, data briefs so the team can turn content around fast without starting from scratch every time
- Creating podcast audio with the content head using audio production tools and maybe turning them into videos wherever required
- Crafting motion graphics, lower thirds, and data visualisations that make financial and trade content feel urgent and watchable
- Colour grading, sound syncing, and caption timing across all formats with the understanding that in a 60-second reel, every cut decision matters
- Editing podcast video recordings into clean, watchable YouTube and LinkedIn content, not just trimming silence but shaping a story
- Supporting on-location shoots at trade shows and studio interviews, including setup, capture assistance, and post-production
- Experimenting with AI-based tools to speed up workflow without letting them flatten the craft
- Collaborating closely with the content head, content writer and videographer to ensure output is consistent, on-brand, and on schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of editing experience at senior level with a portfolio that shows both range and genuine taste
- Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects
- Deep familiarity with platform-specific formats: You know the difference between editing for YouTube retention and editing for an Instagram Reel and you make that distinction instinctively
- Experience editing business, finance, or news-style content and here fashion and lifestyle alone will not be enough for this role
- Strong motion graphics skills including data visualisation, animated lower thirds, branded transitions
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into the editing workflow to improve efficiency, not outsource craft
- A genuine eye for pacing, colour, and caption timing: someone who sweats the details because they know the details are what make content stop the scroll
- Experience in podcast video editing and short-form vertical content is a strong advantage
