Eversync Media is looking for an experienced to lead post-production across our long-form brand narratives and high-performance digital content.
If you are someone who treats the timeline as a storytelling canvas—obsessing over rhythm, narrative tension, and deliberate pacing rather than generic assembly—this role is for you.

You will collaborate directly with our creative directors, writers, and strategists to translate briefs and raw footage into polished, cinematic films and high-impact digital creatives. You'll own the post-production pipeline end-to-end, setting the benchmark for editorial craft across all client deliverables.

• & : Structuring long-form stories so they hold attention throughout—knowing when to let a moment breathe, how to build tension, and how to balance multi-cam dialogue, voiceover, and B-roll seamlessly.
• : Crafting depth and mood through intentional grading, preserving natural skin tones, and maintaining visual consistency across varied lighting setups and locations.
• & : Building rich, layered audio beds where clean dialogue, diegetic Foley, subtle ambient cues, and musical crescendos drive the emotional pulse of the piece.
• & : Integrating tasteful kinetic typography, chapter markers, lower-thirds, and visual assets that elevate production value without distracting from the core story.

(Meta Ads, High-Retention Social Creatives, Reels/Shorts, Talking-Head Hooks)
• : Designing compelling visual and audio hooks in the first three seconds to arrest attention mid-scroll and establish immediate intrigue.
• : Using motivated transitions, dynamic match cuts, micro-pacing, and rhythm shifts to eliminate drop-off points and sustain watch-time through to the call-to-action.
• - : Delivering snappy, platform-native edits that drive action while maintaining a clean, premium visual standard rather than relying on noisy, generic templates.

• Complete mastery of project organization, timeline hygiene, asset management, and export optimization across various aspect ratios and delivery specs.
• Actively contributing visual references, editorial styles, and treatment ideas during early ideation phases.

• : Strong proficiency in After Effects for bespoke title treatments, HUD/UI animations, 2D vector animation, or visual cleanup/compositing.
• : Working knowledge of modern generative AI workflows (Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Firefly, Topaz, etc.) to expand creative limits, speed up conceptualization, or enhance footage.
