Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the video editing team while owning the full production pipeline.
- Set the creative direction so every video feels intentional and aligned with the brand.
- Work closely with leadership to plan video campaigns that actually move the needle.
- Shape storytelling, visual strategy, concepts, and overall quality.
- Build smooth workflows, smart resource planning, and fast delivery systems.
- Mentor editors so the team's work keeps levelling up.
- Keep an eye on new tools and trends and bring useful ones into our process.
What you need
- 46 years of professional experience in video editing and production, including leading projects or a team.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and any other creative tools you enjoy working with.
- Solid project management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, color, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to juggle multiple timelines without losing clarity or quality.
