We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into powerful narratives and bring our brand vision to life across digital platforms.

• Edit high-quality videos for:
• Project launches & walkthroughs
• Site progress updates
• Social media reels & shorts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Brand films & promotional videos
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content aligned with brand tone.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Creative team to understand campaign goals.
• Add music, transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and basic animations.
• Ensure consistency in color grading, pacing, and visual style across all videos.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
• Manage timelines and deliver edits within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (real estate / lifestyle / brand content is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (basic to intermediate motion graphics preferred)
• Good sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual aesthetics.
• Understanding of social media video trends and formats.
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
