Senior Video Editor

About the Role:

ATZA Digitally is a global creative house headquartered in New Delhi, building at the intersection of video craft and next-gen AI content. After 7+ years producing high-impact work for healthcare giants, tech startups, entertainment brands, and international content creators, we are growing, and we need a Senior Video Editor who can keep up.

This is not a purely technical role. You'll own the edit, yes, but you'll also own the team, the process, and the standard. We need someone who can tackle a complex, multi-layer grade at 2 AM and brief a junior editor with the same composure the next morning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the edit, handle complex, technically demanding projects independently, including multi-cam, color grading, motion graphics integration, and sound design coordination
• Lead and manage the post-production team: assign workloads, track delivery timelines, and ensure every project ships on time and at standard
• Set and enforce the quality bar, review all outgoing edits and maintain a consistent house standard across clients and formats
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level editors through structured feedback, regular reviews, and hands-on guidance
• Build and continuously improve post-production workflows, SOPs, and project file structures to keep the team running efficiently
• Coordinate with the Video Production and AI Video teams on project handoffs, briefs, and revision rounds, and serve as the post-production point of contact for clients when needed
• Manage asset organisation, storage, and archival across all active and completed projects
• Stay current on industry tools, AI editing platforms, and emerging formats, and actively bring those learnings into the team's practice

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• 2-4 years of professional video editing experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro; strong working knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve
• Proven ability to handle complex, high-pressure edits across multiple formats (social, broadcast, digital campaigns)
• Strong interpersonal skills, you know how to give feedback that makes people better, not defensive
• Solid project management instincts: you can hold a schedule, flag risks early, and keep multiple workstreams moving
• Portfolio demonstrating range: ads, brand films, social content, or similar commercial work

Good to Have

• Experience with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Kling, or similar)
• Familiarity with performance ad formats for Meta and Google
• Experience in healthcare, real estate, or startup brand content
• Basic motion graphics or compositing skills
