Your Mission as a Senior Editor / Post Production Assistant:

Cut. Polish. Deliver Brilliance.

As a key member of our post-production team, you'll turn raw footage into stunning visual narratives. With your sharp eye for detail and mastery of editing tools, you'll drive visual storytelling for brands that are reshaping the real estate experience.

What You Will Do:

• Edit with Impact – Deliver high-quality videos with smooth transitions, color correction, audio enhancement, and narrative flow.
• Lead the Workflow – Manage post-production timelines, organize footage, and streamline delivery across multiple projects.
• Raise the Bar – Perform quality checks, ensuring all videos meet brand standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate Closely – Partner with directors, producers, and clients to align creative direction and storytelling.
• Support Technically – Troubleshoot editing software, hardware, and file format issues for a smooth workflow.
• Manage Assets – Organize and archive digital assets and project files with efficiency.
• Stay Ahead – Keep up with trends in editing, motion design, and storytelling to continuously push creative limits.

What You Bring to the Edit Suite:

6-10 years of hands-on editing experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.

Strong understanding of video formats, color grading, codecs, and export settings.

A sharp storytelling sense with a passion for visual coherence and flow.

Stellar organizational skills and the ability to multitask across projects.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, VFX, and compositing.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and sound editing tools.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
