Job Overview:
We are currently on the lookout for a talented and creative Video Editor to become a part of our remote team of marketing experts. Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage provided by clients or our designated shooter to create compelling video content, including 30-60 second videos for Facebook/Meta ads, testimonials, and educational videos about dental or medical services.
- Creative Storytelling: Use your creativity to enhance messaging through engaging storytelling techniques, ensuring videos are appealing and effective in achieving marketing goals.
- Audience Engagement: Craft videos that are not only informative but also engaging, encouraging viewers to seek out our clients for their dental needs.
- Content Suggestion: Collaborate with our team to suggest content types and filming techniques that will best showcase the client's services and engage their target audience.
- Pre-Production Planning: Provide input on pre-production planning to ensure the footage captured meets the needs of the project, advising on aspects such as shot composition, lighting, and narrative structure to enhance post-production quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet Mediboost's high standards for quality and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Design Work: Design banner creatives for Facebook ads and social media posts that are aligned with campaign goals and aesthetically pleasing, further enhancing our clients online presence.
Our Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging short-form content and visually appealing digital creatives.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of storytelling techniques, visual composition, and how to edit for narrative flow and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and team members to realise a project's vision.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for video content and digital designs.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Experience in pre-production planning, including advising on content strategy, filming techniques, and design concepts.
- Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working within Australia time zones.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive starting monthly salary of INR 80,000
