Role Description The Senior Vice President Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across all business verticals. This position manages day-to-day operations, including resource planning, process optimization, and coordination with project management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction consulting services. The role involves directing P&L responsibilities, setting operational targets, and aligning business processes with strategic goals in residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. The Senior Vice President Operations collaborates with senior leadership on long-term planning, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations. The role also includes mentoring cross-functional teams, strengthening customer relationships, and representing the organization in key stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management experience, including process improvement and multi-site operational oversight.
• Demonstrated P&L Management capabilities, with a track record of meeting revenue, margin, and cost-efficiency targets.
• Proven Customer Service orientation, focused on client satisfaction, relationship management, and issue resolution.
• Expertise in Strategic Planning, including setting operational objectives, aligning resources, and supporting organizational growth.
• Advanced Project Management skills for large-scale construction or consulting projects, with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Extensive leadership experience managing senior-level teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a construction or infrastructure environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field; a relevant master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and modern project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel to project locations as business needs require.
