Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas:

Business Leadership & P& L Ownership

Lead the India business with full revenue, margin, and growth accountability.

Develop a multi-year strategic plan for the India market aligned to global priorities in Digital, Cloud , Data/AI and Cyber.

Build a scalable operating model that supports high growth while maintaining delivery excellence.

Experience & Qualifications:

20+ years of leadership experience in IT services, digital engineering, cloud transformation, or data/AI services.

Proven track record of building and scaling a business in India with strong revenue growth.

Strong enterprise sales leadership experience—both new logo acquisition and expansion.

Demonstrated success in building and managing hyperscaler and OEM partnerships.

Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud architectures, AI/ML, and modern data platforms.

Strong executive presence with outstanding client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience managing P& L of significant scale.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building and scaling under pressure.
