Senior Vice President, Fullstack Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fullstack Engineer to join our DATA SOLUTIONS AND SVCS PLATFORM team. This role is located in Pune
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Leading and developing the Pune-based IBOR Engineering team, including approximately 4–5 direct reports.
Driving engineering delivery for the IBOR Strategic Reengineering roadmap in support of the Middle Office 2027 North Star target architecture.
Leading modernization efforts to replace legacy Ruby services with Java-based strategic platforms and solutions.
Providing strong technical leadership across architecture, design, software quality, and execution.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Significant experience leading engineering teams in complex enterprise technology environments.
Strong technical expertise in Java engineering, distributed systems, and platform modernization.
Experience delivering large-scale reengineering, modernization, or transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing engineering teams and developing talent.
