Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Vice President of Business Development role based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing and driving new business development initiatives, building and maintaining key client relationships, leading business planning efforts, and executing strategies to promote company growth. The SVP of Business Development will also be responsible for managing high-value clients, initiating and closing contract negotiations, and developing strong account management practices to retain and expand client partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and the ability to identify and secure growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and crafting long-term strategies to boost organizational growth
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and a track record of successfully structuring favourable agreements
  • Expertise in Sales and Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Proven leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive collaboration and influence stakeholders
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in leadership roles in business development or related fields.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
