Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Vice President Business Development & Growth (North Region) to lead revenue expansion and enterprise client acquisition across North India.

This leadership role will be responsible for driving large-ticket commercial interior projects, building CXO-level client relationships, expanding into new markets, and leading the regional business development team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise B2B sales, commercial interiors / design & build industry, and managing large regional sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth and revenue expansion across the North region

Build and manage CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients, developers, and corporates

Identify and close large commercial interior projects and workplace transformation opportunities

Develop and execute regional sales and market expansion strategies

Build and lead a high-performing business development team for the North region

Collaborate with design, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Identify strategic partnerships and new business channels

Requirements

1218+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or growth leadership

Strong experience in commercial interiors / design & build / real estate services

Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals

Strong network within corporates, developers, and workspace decision-makers in North India

Experience in leading regional business development teams

Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred

Experience in commercial office interior projects

Prior experience managing North India markets (Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Jaipur, etc.)
