As a Sr. Global Resource Partner (GRP), your primary responsibilities will be to source, onboard, and manage relationships with local service providers while helping maintain the accuracy of statutory data and internal procedures in GSM's knowledgebase. Through collaboration with leadership and team members, you will enhance the effectiveness and user experience of internal resources, identify gaps in local service delivery based on business needs, and communicate regulatory changes to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with local service providers, both CSC offices and third-party vendors, to enhance service delivery, address customer escalations, and improve gaps in processes.
- Sourcing local firms or professionals to expand our global network of service providers.
- Onboarding new service providers through execution of vendor agreements, submission of vendor details to finance, and creation of internal records.
- Assist with our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process to ensure all vendors are tiered appropriately and risks are mitigated and vendors are managed with periodic reviews.
- Ensure all vendor master data entries meet internal data quality, compliance and documentations standards.
- Renegotiating pricing and service offerings with local providers based on the needs of the business and market trends.
- Manage our referral vendor network to ensure additional revenue is efficiently gathered and billed accordingly.
- Helping with any escalations and ensuring that matters are being handled on an urgent basis and any SLA timelines are being met.
- Ensure all trackers and reporting requests on vendor data accuracy, onboarding timelines, and process KPIs are updated on-time without any deviation.
- Assisting our Sales Engineers with any prospective client requests to obtain details and pricing based on the clients needs.
- Managing the accuracy and effectiveness of the GSM knowledgebase by fulfilling requested updates and addressing opportunities to improve user experience.
- Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects withing the vendor management area.
- Identifying gaps in knowledgebase data by conducting research or gathering applicable information from local partners.
- Researching, drafting and sending internal and external change communication for statutory changes.
- Working with training team to facilitate new hire and refresher trainings regarding vendor management and our Knowledge Base.
- Maintaining and managing 100% accuracy in all deliverables. Should deploy first-time right approach and ensure proper checks to avoid rework.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need
- 6-10 years of experience legal services, a financial background, or procurement experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge, or interest in researching and understanding corporate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Pragmatic but critical approach, attention to detail and problem-solving mentality with research and analytical skills
- Flexibility to shift working hours based on international time zone needs
- Effective time management skills and ability to shift priorities based on needs of the business
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to resolve escalations and negotiate pricing
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting, often with minimal direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and work effectively in multiple technology applications
