Senior Veeva CTMS & Clinical Research Payments Specialist

Experience: 7–10 Years

Preferred Location: Delhi NCR

Work Mode: Full WFH | 5 Days/Week

Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM–4:00 AM / 8:00 PM–4:30 AM

CTC: ₹7–12 LPA

Joining: Immediate / Serving or completing Notice Period

Qualification: Graduate

We are looking for a senior Clinical Research professional with strong hands-on experience in Veeva CTMS, Greenphire, and Clinical Research Payments for a US-based client.

Mandatory Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in CTMS/Clinical Research, including US-based CRO experience

• Strong hands-on Veeva CTMS experience, including managing clinical trial data and end-to-end CTMS activities

• Hands-on Greenphire experience for clinical research/site payments

• Experience in Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) payment processing, payment accuracy, and discrepancy resolution

• Hands-on experience in Change Management, UAT Scripting & Execution, Validation and Process Ownership

• Direct experience working and coordinating with US/European clients/CRO teams

• Excellent verbal/written English communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Must be comfortable with the specified US shift
