We are seeking an experienced Oracle VBCS Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) application development, UI design, and deployment lifecycle management. You will play a key role in building scalable applications, reusing existing components, and ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Oracle VBCS.
- Reuse and optimize existing physical and logical components.
- Manage full application lifecycle from development to production deployment.
- Build intuitive UI components leveraging HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Implement service connections and integrate with DB backends.
- Work with VBCS action chains, JSON, and Business Objects.
- Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and reverse engineering when required.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate solutions clearly.
- Ensure best practices in application development and deployment.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Oracle VBCS application development and UI design.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON.
- Hands-on experience with service connections and DB integration.
- Good understanding of VBCS action chains and Business Objects.
- Strong testing, analytical, and reverse engineering skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in VBCS application development.
