ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visiting 3–4 properties per day or more as required.
- Coordinating with clients.
- Taking measurements and photographs
- Preparing building layout drawings
- Conducting market studies to determine the true value of properties
- Preparing detailed valuation reports of immovable properties
- Full-time, on-site role valuer role, would have to support in report making and MIS role as well.
- Diploma / B.E./ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering (MANDATORY)
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Excel and Word
- Kolkata -based candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
- Own two-wheeler for site visits
