The Senior Value Consultant will lead the Value stream for high ticket deals in retail and consumer industry segment and will work with Field Sales, Account Management, and other teams at Adobe to drive business value of digital experience solutions.
They will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to understand customer's business and digital objectives and develop compelling value propositions with input from the customer, as well as from sales, solution, industry and consult professionals. They will also present the findings and recommendations to customers/ internal partners.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and be the face of value strategy team for big-ticket deals for retail and consumer industry. Contribute to global software sales and renewal opportunities by bringing an organizational value perspective through business cases targeting executive/ business audience for achieving their digital marketing objectives
• Develop high quality business cases for Adobe Digital Marketing products/services and related content for CXO-level audience of global sales prospects to help them better craft the Digital Strategy of their organization
• Support/ lead value selling enablement/ value academies for sales leadership/ field sales organizations to evangelize Value Selling as a core element of Enterprise Customer Journey
• Lead solution specific thought leadership and can create value-selling/value realization collaterals for specific Adobe Digital Experience Solutions.
• Drive adoption/ coach sales team members to adopt Business Case Builder – Adobe's self-service tool to drive Business Value focus in all sales pursuits
• Participate in the enhancement of the self-service tool/ value content by providing recommendations on functional aspects with an overall aim to drive a mature and scalable Value based sales strategy
• Derive critical insights into emerging digital technologies from third party research and develop business conversation collateral
• Collaborate with Sales/ Digital Strategists/ Solution Consultants/ Industry Professionals globally to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Lead customer and vertical-focused industry benchmarking engagements comparing prospects against outstanding organizations on key digital metrics.
Requirements:
• MBA degree from a Tier-1 B School with 5-6 years of relevant post-MBA experience
• Preference for candidates with a Digital Strategy Consulting background
• Knowledge of one or more Adobe Digital Experience Cloud /Adobe Experience Platform solutions
• Expert written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, financial analysis, and business research skills
• Ability to establish priorities and manage projects end-to-end independently
• Strong team orientation with the ability to work with cross-functional global teams
• Strong computer acumen specializing in various functions including spreadsheets, graphics, word processing, etc.
