Senior Validation Engineer

Validation engineer --Diesel & Gasoline Engine Development & Testing

Location -Hosur -Stellantis Avtec Powertrain India Private Limited

Work mode -WFO -6 days working - Rotational shift.

Notice period -Immediate - 30 days max.

Exp - 5+ years .

1. Hands-on experience in engine assembly and disassembly.
2. Mechanical validation and durability testing of gasoline engines.

• Validation of gasoline engines to meet localisation requirements and support new development activities.

1. Engine test bench management and maintenance.

• Fixture preparation/arrangement for new engine testing.
• Scheduling and ensuring timely maintenance and calibration of test bench equipment.

1. Data analysis and reporting of engine testing using Power BI, OPLOT, and XPLOT tools.
2. Coordinating with external agencies and visiting sites to monitor and follow up on project progress.
3. Hands-on experience in base-level calibration and emission measurement.

• Experience in operating OBD tools and calibration software such as INCA and other related tools.

1. Providing support to vehicle teams for testing and validation activities.
2. Preparation of documents for engine validation activities.
3. Ensuring adherence to safety standards and test procedures during engine testing.
4. Coordination with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of testing and development activities.
