Job Description

Must-Have:

  • Experience inUI/UX Design for enterprise applications
  • Strongproficiency in Figma(Auto-layout, Components, Design Tokens)
  • Hands-on experience withAI-driven interfaces(Chatbots, Conversational UI, Virtual Assistants)
  • Ability todesign complex dashboards, workflow automation tools, and data-heavy interfaces
  • Strong understanding ofenterprise UX patterns and accessibility standards.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience inUX writing and microcopy design
  • Familiarity withagile methodologies
  • Knowledge ofaccessibility standards (WCAG)and inclusive design best practices
  • Exposure touser research methodsto validate designs
