Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design and enhancement of intuitive, responsive, and user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Figma, UX strategy, usability principles, interaction design, responsive web design, and design systems. Experience in
Investment Banking, Brokerage, or Financial Services domains is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, user journeys, and application touchpoints.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations, usability assessments, and Design Thinking workshops.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Apply usability/UCD principles, interaction design, and information architecture best practices.
- Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards.
- Create visually engaging designs aligned with branding and business requirements.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and recommend UX improvements based on user feedback.
- Provide UX consulting and recommendations to improve digital product adoption and usability.
Required Skills- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
