Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role focuses primarily on UI/UX design with some involvement in graphic design, depending on expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Design clean, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and convert insights into wireframes and prototypes
Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes
Maintain and enhance design systems and UI guidelines
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams
Ensure consistency across all digital platforms
Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve design outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or related field
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
Solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Knowledge of user flows, interaction design, and prototyping
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Experience with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Exposure to digital marketing or working with marketing teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
