About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional UX/UI Designer passionate about crafting intuitive user experiences for AI-driven and automation-focused products. You'll be central to researching, exploring, and developing workflows and wireframes that simplify complex processes into elegant designs.

Required skills:

• Personal portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence, product sensibility, frictionless user experiences, and detailed interactions. (Portfolio link required.)
• 2-4 years of UX/UI design experience (SaaS experience preferred).
• Proven experience in user research for AI and automation tools.
• Expertise in developing detailed workflows and wireframes for complex user journeys.
• Ability to simplify complex tasks into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong advocate for usability and customer-centric design.
• Experienced collaborating closely with development teams.
• Familiarity with design systems and data visualization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven and proactive learner.

Tools:

• Expert/Master level proficiency in Figma, prototyping, wire-framing, and design, Mastery of AI tools for generating MVPs.
