We're looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead user research efforts, uncover user insights, and transform data into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy, design, and business decisions. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure research is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research initiatives from planning to reporting and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goals, questions, and success metrics.
- Design and execute mixed-method research studies (qualitative and quantitative), including user interviews, usability tests, surveys, card sorts, field studies, and contextual inquiries.
- Translate research findings into clear insights, user personas, journey maps, opportunity maps, and practical design recommendations.
- Present research results to audiences at all levels - design, product, engineering, and leadership, to influence decisions and product direction.
- Mentor and support junior researchers and contribute to building strong research processes and documentation standards.
Skills Required
- 5+ years in UX research, user insights, or related roles with demonstrable impact on product outcomes.
- Research skills: Strong expertise with a broad range of research methodologies and tools, and the ability to choose the right approach for a given question.
- Analytical ability: Ability to analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize large volumes of information, and distill it into coherent, actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent storytelling, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to clearly articulate user needs, behaviours, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Tools & methods: Hands-on experience with research tools and platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, analytics platforms, survey software) and strong comfort with research documentation tools.
- Education: Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Social Sciences, Human Factors, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
