Eazyway.io is hiring a  Senior UX Engineer (Design Systems & AI Integration). We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX professional who can bridge the gap between Product Management and Engineering by transforming complex business requirements into pixel-perfect user experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Design Systems, AI-powered design workflows, Figma, Material Design, and high-fidelity prototyping for SaaS and Open Platform ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prototyping & Screen Creation

• Create detailed high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interaction designs.

• Build interactive and clickable prototypes in Figma for user testing and stakeholder validation.

• Prepare developer-ready design files with annotations, specifications, and design documentation.

• Define micro-interactions, edge cases, and interaction states for seamless user experiences.

2. Design Systems & Variants

• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems using Figma Variants and Components.

• Manage responsive UI components and reusable design patterns.

• Utilize Material Design 3, Material Theme Builder, and related frameworks for theming.

• Ensure consistency through design tokens, component libraries, and pattern libraries.

3. Business & Collaboration

• Translate business requirements, user needs, and product goals into intuitive user experiences.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Engineers, and Frontend Developers.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver design assets aligned with sprint goals.

• Ensure design feasibility by considering CSS constraints, responsiveness, and performance implications.

4. AI-Driven Design Acceleration

• Leverage Google AI Studio (Gemini), ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI tools for design exploration.

• Use AI-powered Figma plugins such as Magician and Uizard to automate repetitive tasks.

• Generate UX copy, layout variations, placeholder content, and visual concepts using AI tools.

• Design experiences for Web, Android, and iOS platforms using modern AI-assisted workflows.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX Design for SaaS Products, Open Platforms, or Enterprise Applications.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, HCI, or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex web applications, design systems, and AI-assisted design workflows.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside Product and Engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Interactive Components).

• Experience with Material Design 3 and Material Theme Builder.

• High-fidelity prototyping and interaction design.

• Design System Architecture and Component Management.

• AI Design Tools (Google AI Studio, ChatGPT, Midjourney).

• Developer Handoff using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Avocode.

• User Journey Mapping and UX Strategy.

• Cross-Platform Design (Web, Android, iOS).

Additional Skills Preferred

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive layouts.

• Data Visualization design for dashboards, charts, and data-heavy interfaces.

• Accessibility (WCAG 2.1) standards and inclusive design practices.

• Motion Prototyping using ProtoPie, Rive, or similar tools.

• Experience managing Design Version Control and Branching workflows.

• Strong understanding of user psychology, cognitive load, and usability principles.
