Essential Job Functions: Core Skills
User Research - Interviews, surveys, persona creation, empathy mapping, and usability testing.
Information Architecture - Site maps, user flows, content strategy, and navigation design

Visual Design - UI design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
