About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer / UX Architect to lead the design of modern B2B digital applications and enterprise products. This role requires a strong blend of UX strategy, visual design, design systems expertise, and front-end awareness to create scalable, user-centric, and conversion-focused experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute UX strategies for enterprise and B2B applications.
- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex user requirements into elegant and scalable design solutions.
- Develop front-end-ready design components and reusable patterns.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Mentor designers and drive design excellence across projects.
Must-Have SkillsUX & Design Expertise
- 12–15+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
