Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can lead user-centered design efforts, translate business goals into intuitive experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile products
- Conduct and analyze user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Define and maintain design systems and UX standards
- Validate designs using usability testing and data insights
- Use analytics and KPIs to measure UX performance
- Mentor junior designers and review design work
- Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in UX design for digital products
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, and usability principles
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction patterns
- Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to present and defend design decisions with data and logic
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Agile / Lean UX methodologies
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Experience with analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Mixpanel)
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise products
