Functional Responsibilities
· Deliver end-to-end user experience solutions by translating business goals, user needs, and
technical requirements into interaction designs, visual specifications, and production-ready assets
that meet usability, consistency, and quality standards.
· Prepare and maintain design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups,
prototypes, research insights, usability findings, and design documentation to support stakeholder
reviews, development hand off, and release readiness.
· Identify and implement small, practical improvements in design patterns, component usage,
documentation, tooling workflows, or collaboration models to improve efficiency, reusability, and
experience consistency.
· Monitor experience quality indicators for owned design areas, including usability findings, feedback
trends, accessibility compliance, and design review outcomes, and share insights that improve
decision-making and overall experience quality.
People Responsibilities
· Support and guide junior and mid-level designers in day-to-day delivery by helping clarify problem
statements, prioritize work, and apply user-centered design practices, standards, and design
systems to drive high-quality outcomes.
· Support communication with partner teams by clarifying experience expectations, design
requirements, and delivery timelines, ensuring smooth coordination with product managers,
engineering teams, and stakeholders.
RequirementsProfessional Experience and Relevant Skills
· 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end user experience design work or design
packages, including ownership of research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, validation,
and developer handoff for complex digital products or platforms.
· Strong ability to translate business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints into scalable
experience designs and actionable design solutions, delivering high-quality, production-ready
design outputs with minimal oversight.
· Deep understanding of design readiness criteria and quality gates, including usability principles,
accessibility standards, consistency with design systems, validation through research or testing,
and evidence required for design solutions to move through review, development, handoff, and
release.
· Skilled in working with cross-functional partner teams (Product Management, Engineering, QA,
Research, Architecture) to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, resolve feasibility or
implementation questions, and ensure smooth hand-offs across the product delivery lifecycle.
· Ability to identify and recommend incremental improvements to design patterns, component usage,
documentation standards, tooling, or collaboration workflows that enhance experience quality,
consistency, and team delivery efficiency.
· Experience facilitating design discussions, critiques, or short working sessions to align priorities,
unblock design or experience issues, drive informed decision making, and maintain delivery
momentum.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
· Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Psychology or a related field.
· Preferred: Practitioner level certifications or formal training in user experience design or related disciplines (e.g., UX/UI design certifications, or Agile product design practices).
