We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead user experience initiatives and craft intuitive, scalable digital products. This is a leadership role where you'll collaborate with crossfunctional teams, mentor junior designers, and champion usercentered design practices.
What You'll Do
- Drive endtoend UX design: research, ideation, prototyping, delivery.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, flows, and highfidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless execution.
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Experience with user research and testing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
